8 | Does “happily ever after” exist??

Updated: Jan 8, 2021

8 | In 2004, the little girl was married to her boyfriend. Everything was really great, at first. She treated him great and he showed her his love for her.

Twelve years, two children and many arguments later, the little girl separated from her husband. After she had their second child, she was having a very hard time. Her emotional and mental health were in a huge decline due to trying to be someone else every day, because her husband did not love and accept her as she is. Although separation and leaving her children with him (he worked from home and kept the house for the kids) was a very sad moment in her life, as the months of living by herself went by, she realized that the kids would have a more peaceful life in a home without arguments every day.

There were many men who just wanted one thing from her, and she did not want to do just that, yet. Turned out, there was one man she did that with, twice. While it felt good, it was not emotionally fulfilling at all. She really wanted to meet someone who would love, understand and accept her the way she is. She didn’t really search for it at that point. She was just writing messages back and forth to a few men to try and get to know them. That was it.

Suddenly, love struck, and she was not expecting it ...
